
Janet Fagan is a painter and printmaker with an interest in folklore. A teaching artist for the past 11 years, she been an artist-in-residence and teacher at museums and schools in the Seattle area, including the Seattle Art Museum, Frye Museum, Seattle Children’s Museum, Seattle Center Academy and private workshops and classes.
Fagan’s work has been shown in galleries and museums in Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Pennsylvania, and she is currently represented by galleries in Oregon and Washington. She studied at the Ringling School of Art and Design, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Certificate from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art in Pennsylvania.
